What is Total Quality Management?

Total Quality Management can achieve an organisation’s endeavour for continuous improvement with simultaneous value increase and high customer satisfaction. This is not only based on the improvement of processes, but on constant cooperation with a company’s staff. Due to the constantly increasing competition, the company’s human resources and experienced employees are of significant importance to company success. We will show you the way to achieve total quality management and accompany you throughout the entire introduction process. Increase your profitability and secure greater customer satisfaction. Our Approach

We utilise a five phase model to successfully implement TQM in your company:

1. Setting a goal
During the first phase we will prepare a goal system, under consideration of the frame-work requirements and trends, with you. We will analyse existing issues and develop the respective solutions.

2. Planning phase
The existing data will be recorded and analysed to initiate suitable solution strategies. We will also plan the necessary operational measures necessary for a definitive implantation of the strategic solutions.

3. Implementation phase
The realisation measures will be implemented. The improvement concept is initiated in an active process at the same time.

4. Check Phase
In this TQM-introduction phase we will review the currently achieved results. Appointments to conduct a target-IS comparison, including assessments and deviation analysis will be scheduled.

5. Feedback Phase
The results derived form the check phase will be evaluated and improvement measures will be initiated if necessary. We will discuss additional optimisation options, arrange company-wide activities with you and upon request, provide training to introduce all your staff to a consistent improvement process.
